Brother Rouleau is the minister to the deaf at Calvary Apostolic Church in Flint, Michigan.  He has ministered to the deaf community for many years and is well known throughout our fellowship. 

Brother Rouleau with his wife Darla plan and direct the most successful Deaf Campmeeting in North America.  For dates of camps see the Info Center.  The meeting is held at the William R. Starr Camp and Conference Center in Marshall, Michigan.  You will find a map to the camp in the Info Center of this web site.
